FINALLY BACK FROM OBS!
OBS was pretty fun but crazy!
Alot of mosquitoes and other flying insects!
First day:
Went to reception area for reception..
Then went to the jetty after getting sorted out in our groups.
I am with Kartini, Ameerul (Lady Gaga), Jocelyn, Amirul Ashraf, Aliah, Clive, Gerald, Glen, Khaliesah, Asyraf, Li Ping, Rachel, Syed, Zakiah and Wei Zhen. ^^
Then, went to the jetty and Syed, Ameerul and I took the 'speed boat' there! It was so fast that we overtook the other boats in matter of seconds. HAHA!
Then, had to assemble at the hall.. Chopped seats for them using bags then went to seat and crack jokes.
A few minutes later, the rest came then had a 'opening speech' by Ahmad.
After that, had ice breakers and meet our instructors.
Ours is Charles!
After that, had to go and choose the day ic, food ic, tent ic, store ic, sea ex ic and land ex ic.
I am in food and tent!
After that, went to the store to put our things, but the food ic have to go collect 5 days worth of food!
Then, had trouble sorting the food.
Had reinforcements to carry the food back up to the store..
Then had our Mercs to bring it up XD
Nothing really interesting until when we had to pitch our tents..
All pitch and face the tent wrongly..
Then, went to learn how to belay!
Belaying is sooo fun!!
i still rmb the steps!
12, 6, slide, slide!
Then, we 'forget' and left our helmet and harness at there.
Then went to cook dinner!!
Made rice with sardines and beans and... Cant rmb.. Alot of stuff..
Then went to grab our stuff and went to sleep at the tents.
There was cooling!!
Manage to sleep.
Second day:
Woke up at 5!
Then had to pack our stuff for sea expedition later.
Then went to change to long pants and went to do high elements!
There was a catch, we had to belay our frens ourselves!
How cool is that?
After that, went to change to long sleeves for sea expedition.
Then, we went for a life jacket test. The sea was cold!!!
Then when we got out from the sea, we were all wearing skinnys!
HAHA!
Then went to briefing about rowing boats.
Then, went to test out!
At first, we had trouble as we didnt noe how to row it well...
We went round in circles!
HAHA!
Then the instructors had to tow us all the way to Katam as it was where we are suppose to be sleeping..
Then, had to pitch tent quickly as the sun is setting very fast.
Then went to cook in near darkness..
Ate instant noodles with baked beans.
Then went to sleep..
Couldnt sleep cos too hot in the tent...
Third day:
Woke up 5.15
Then went to unpitch the tent but failed to put it into the tent bag...
So then we just stuff it into the bag pack...
Then went to row the boat for the entireee dayyy...
So hot..
Thank you guys for helping me when i went dizzy halfway..
We reached Momom then went to pitch the tent at the sand!!
I had to hold our boat with Su Wen..
It was low tide...
We struggled to pull the boat as the tide was pull
ing it back..
After that, Charles came to the rescue and anc
hor the boat!
But first, we have to 'return' the rope..
As my boat's rope is short, i had to go down the slippery rocks to throw it..
On the way down, i slipped and fell..
Cut my elbow.. T.T
Lucky didnt fall in..
Then, had to gather in the circle for debrief..
I asked Medic (Li Ping), for medication..
Then went to pitch up the tent..
There have sea breeze so we thought it will be good..
End up during the night, it was so hot that i had to get out and enjoy sentry duty..
Anyway, we cooked and eat alot as we had to finish our supply in order for the land ex the next day..
Then went to sleep..
Fourth day:
Woke up, late..
Went to quickly pack our things then get ready for... *holds breath*
LAND EXPEDITION!
We walked to Chek Jawa..
It was far!!
Then had tuna flakes with bread for breakfast..
Then walked to the highest point in Pulau Ubin!
Had fun listening to our ECHO! (Echo)
HAHA!
Then went to take lunch..
Then, on the way there, someone picked up a fan.
Then walked all the way back to main camp!
So tiring and hot..
With the bags all heavy..
Then went to do the jetty jump!!!
It was the best!!
Then, went to pitch tent..
But got a probalem..
Raja and Gandhi went to pitch there already..
I felt very evil then and decided to pitch a tent infront of one of theirs.. Blocking their doorway!
XD
Everybody all said, 'Evil la Jonavan!'
HAHA!
Then, Munshi cant build and sleep with us, so had to build at another spot..
After 6+, all the mosquitoes suddenly go feeding frenzy!
While we pitching, all of them attacked us!
Then after we done, we all walk to cook dinner as fast as possible!
Cooked rice, instant noodles, and everything we had..
Next to the kayaks!!
So 'ROMANTIC'!

HAHA! Everybody cracks up!
Then went to sleep..
Soooo cooling..
But before that, we had to throw away the fan cos its 7th month..
Further more, it is not nice to take someones things..
Then slept a peacefully..
Last day T.T:
Woke up.. Late again!
Then everybody hasten and unpitch the tent!
Then went to do 5bx..
Then breakfast and debrief..
Then after that had to carry all our bags to the hall..
Then returned all our valuables!
Then went to spam photos!
Will post the rest next post!
Then had to wait for a very long while to go back to singapore..
Due to Cat 1...
Lightning storm!!
Then went to take a nap and then Teck Woon's father
donbang us home..

Then went home played computer and sleep..
